Henderson Advocacy is looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our Sydney HQ and help us connect more clients with life-changing investment advice. We’ve secured over $1B+ worth of property (83% off-market), and now we’re scaling fast — and we want you on the ride.
💡 What You’ll Do:
Make outbound calls to warm leads who’ve shown interest in Jack's content
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with our expert Buyers Agents
Follow proven scripts and processes. Our approach is relaxed and discovery driven
Maintain accurate records in our CRM
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to hit weekly KPIs
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Confident phone manner and strong communication skills
High attention to detail and a love for organisation
Resilient attitude – you bounce back and keep pushing forward
Driven by targets and performance-based rewards
Bonus: previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate
