The Opportunity

As an Associate Property Manager, you’ll be immersed in one of the fastest-growing, tech-enabled, and culturally unique property teams in Australia. You’ll support and learn from our Senior Property Managers while sharpening your skills across inspections, tenant management, leasing, and compliance — all while delivering white-glove service that sets us apart.

What You'll Be Doing

• Property Inspections – Assist in conducting entry, exit, and routine inspections that protect assets and impress clients.

• Leasing Support – Help run open homes, manage enquiries, and assess applications with a sharp eye for quality tenants.

• Client & Tenant Comms – Learn the art of relationship management by supporting clear, proactive communication across the board.

• Admin & Process Execution – Own the inbox, stay on top of compliance, and manage day-to-day tasks that keep the engine humming.

• Backend Ops – Support trust accounting, payments, and document control with accuracy and accountability.

• Continuous Improvement – Spot the inefficiencies. Bring ideas. Help us build a modern property management experience from the ground up.
