As our Site Manager, you’ll be the driving force on-site — coordinating trades, managing timelines, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. You won’t just oversee the build — you’ll set the tone, lead by example, and ensure every project is executed with precision from the first nail to final handover.

This is a hands-on, solutions-focused role where you’ll work closely with the Construction Manager to bring designs to life while keeping projects on time, on budget, and built to last.

The Role: What You’ll Lead and Deliver

• Coordinate subcontractors and trades on-site, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards.

• Oversee project programming, budget control, procurement, quality checks, site administration, and contractor management.

• Monitor project progress, keeping scope, timelines, and deliverables on track.

• Maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with best practice guidelines and Workplace Safety Management standards.

• Supervise and self-perform carpentry-related tasks to the highest level of craftsmanship.

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar leadership role in residential construction.

• Strong trade background (carpentry preferred) with a commitment to quality workmanship.

• Skilled in coordinating multiple trades and managing fast-moving residential projects.

• Knowledgeable in construction programming, budget tracking, and WHS compliance.

• Practical, solutions-focused, and comfortable working hands-on when needed.

• Motivated to maintain high standards and mentor teams towards better ways of working.
