We’re now looking for a Sales Manager – EB Projects to join our Newcastle team and help drive our next stage of growth across NSW and QLD.

The Role

You’ll lead clients through the early project journey — from first enquiry to design handover. Working closely with our New Business, Estimating, and Design teams, you’ll ensure every client receives accurate advice, transparent pricing, and a seamless pre-construction experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to new enquiries and converting qualified leads into signed pre-construction agreements
• Guiding clients through planning, feasibility, and budget alignment
• Advising on town planning, compliance, and development constraints
• Coordinating surveys, reports, and approvals with consultants and internal teams
• Managing client expectations and maintaining consistent communication
• Contributing to marketing and lead-generation activities

You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in town planning and/or knowledge of residential building process (specifically granny flat construction)
• Strong understanding of the residential building terminology
• Confident communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
• Attention to detail and discipline with CRM and documentation workflows
• A passion for helping clients make informed, confident decisions
• Previous sales experience is ideal but not essential.
