Now, we’re scaling Henderson Asset Management into the largest and most trusted asset management platform in the property space — and we’re hiring a Growth & Client Success Manager to help lead that charge.
This is a hybrid BDM + Customer Success role, plugged directly into Henderson’s weaponised marketing funnel and backed by Jack Henderson’s national audience.

You’ll own the client journey from warm inbound lead → onboarding → long-term growth.
You’re not “maintaining relationships.” You’re building a portfolio of raving fans who reinvest, refer, and grow with us.
This role is for someone who thrives in performance environments and wants real scale, not just a job.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Client Onboarding & Education
- Deliver our Property Management Guide in the first week
- Provide ongoing market updates, insights & strategy education
- Host monthly webinars on market trends, tax strategy, and portfolio growth
Client Engagement & Success
- Run quarterly client check-ins and bi-annual portfolio reviews
- Deliver property performance reports with clear commercial recommendations
- Celebrate milestones, anniversaries, and client wins
Growth, Referrals & Reinvestment
- Drive reinvestments, upsells and long-term client loyalty
- Manage and scale our referral & rewards ecosystem
- Identify natural BDM opportunities inside the client base
Voice of the Client
- Run quarterly satisfaction surveys
- Feed insights back into product, marketing and strategy teams
