The Role

As a Buyer’s Agent Associate, you’ll be the engine behind the deal.

You’ll work directly with a senior Buyer’s Agent to source properties, assess opportunities, attend inspections, and prepare deals so our clients only see the best options. This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who wants to learn the buyer’s agent craft from the inside out.

What you’ll be doing

• Source on-market, pre-market, and off-market opportunities
• Attend inspections, open homes, and agent walk-throughs
• Research suburbs, streets, and micro-markets
• Assess properties against client strategies and yield/equity targets
• Prepare deal packs, numbers, and due diligence summaries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with selling agents
• Support negotiations and acquisition strategy
• Track opportunities and follow-ups in CRM
• Represent the Henderson brand with professionalism and hunger

This is not a spectator role, you’ll be in the market, on the ground, and in the deals.

About you

• Property-obsessed: real estate isn’t a job, it’s an interest
• Comfortable attending inspections and speaking with agents
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Highly organised and detail-driven
• Proactive, curious, and commercially minded
• Coachable and hungry to learn
• Comfortable working fast in a performance environment
• Experience in real estate, property, research, or sales is a plus (but not essential)
