We’re looking for a carpenter who’s ready for bigger decisions — someone who understands construction and knows what adds value and what wastes money.

Who This Role Suits

You’re trade-qualified, experienced on the tools, but your brain is already thinking beyond the job site.

You walk through a property and instantly know:

• What to keep

• What to rip out

• What’s worth spending on

• What’s a total waste

You’re practical, commercially minded, and not afraid to say,
“That won’t add value — don’t do it.”

What You’ll Be Doing

During Property Sourcing

• Review potential properties from buyer’s agents

• Estimate renovation/build costs

• Assess if the numbers work:
  Buy Price + Build Cost = Value Uplift

• Kill bad deals fast. Back good ones with confidence.

Granny Flats & Additions

• Check site suitability

• Estimate build costs

• Sense-check rental return and ROI

After Purchase

• Walk clients through the scope of works

• Be the main on-site contact during the build

• Manage quality, scope, and issues early

• Deliver clean, complete handovers

What You Bring

✔ Carpentry or strong building background
✔ Solid communication skills with clients and trades
✔ Ability to read plans and price work quickly
✔ A commercial mindset — you think in ROI, not just materials
