We are hiring a junior paid ads specialist to support our performance marketing across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads and future ad channels. This is a hands-on role for someone organised, coachable, and hungry to learn.
What you’ll do
Build and QA campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Monitor and Track performance daily/weekly and report key insights
Support testing across creatives, audiences, and offers
Help keep tracking, UTMs, and reporting clean and consistent
Assist with landing page and funnel QA
What we’re looking for
Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram ads and Google Ads
Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through
Positive attitude, coachable, and proactive
Comfortable with basic metrics and spreadsheets
Nice to have
GA4, Tag Manager, Pixel/CAPI basics
· CRM and funnel experience (GoHighLevel a plus)
