What’s the Role?

As a Social Media Marketing Manager at Henderson, you’ll be responsible for creating and optimising winning ad campaigns that make a real difference. From lower CPMs to increased ROAS, your work will be pivotal in driving growth for our business.

But this isn’t just any role. We need a Meta Ads pro – someone who’s hungry to take their campaigns to the next level, with a knack for generating performance-driven results. You’ll need to have your finger on the pulse of everything Facebook ads, copywriting, and conversion funnels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage high-performance Meta and other ad channel campaigns (TikTok, LinkedIn, Taboola)

• Analyse and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI.

• Create engaging ad creatives that captivate and convert.

• Monitor analytics, conduct A/B testing, and scale campaigns effectively.

• Maintain ROAS/CPL targets with ongoing optimisation.

• Collaborate with our in-house team of marketers to deliver exceptional results.

About You:

• Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and a solid track record of successful campaigns.

• Passionate about digital marketing and staying ahead of trends.

• Strong copywriting and creative skills – you know what grabs attention.

• Ability to analyse data and implement performance improvements.

• Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

• A positive problem-solving attitude with a thirst for learning and growth.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
