🔥 THE ROLE

You'll own the full property management experience: inspections, onboarding, relationships, compliance, and delivering an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint.

This isn't a "keep the lights on" role. It's a "raise the bar and then raise it again" role.

You'll operate as part of a purpose-built pod, supported by a dedicated Leasing Officer who owns the tenanting process, an AI-powered maintenance automation tool that handles triage and coordination, and an offshore admin specialist who takes care of the back-end processing. Your job is to focus on what actually moves the needle: client relationships, portfolio performance, and delivering an experience nobody else in property management comes close to.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

• Execute inspections with surgical precision: routine checks, detailed reporting, zero sloppiness

• Own tenant onboarding from application approval to move-in, every touchpoint frictionless

• Be the trusted advisor to landlords: proactive communication, clear strategy, no surprises

• Manage maintenance outcomes with confidence, backed by smart automation doing the heavy lifting

• Keep owners informed, tenants accountable, and the pod humming

• Ensure compliance and legislative requirements are met with speed and accuracy

• Spot gaps, build solutions, and make the Henderson experience unforgettable
